Exchange or return can be done in the Arcadia’s showroom only. Return will not be accepted for products that have been personalized. In case of a refund, a cheque will be issued according to merchandise returned and will take 10-15 business days from the date of the refund confirmation. Exchange or return is acceptable, provided product should be in the same condition as received, sealed, along with the invoice and request should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase according to the law no. 2014/39. We can refuse the return of any items that do not meet the return requirements.
